Future of Fintech in DCU Alpha on March 29th
The Advanced Research Computing Centre for Complex Systems Modeling (ArcSym) is hosting Future of Fintech: Impact of Digitalisation and Brexit this Friday, March 29th in DCU Alpha.
The workshop will provide insights into current research, approaches in industry, address impactful innovations and disruptive transformations affecting the business world today. It will cover topics such as the impact of Brexit on Fintech, the evolution and adoption of Fintech in Ireland and internationally, AI in Fintech, blockchain explained, the impact of digitalisation and future trends in banking.
There are twenty speakers at the event. They include: Michael D’Arcy, Minister of State at the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Fintan Byrne, Chief Compliance Officer at CurrencyFair, Peter Oakes, Fintech Ireland Founder and Peter Dunne, Chief Data Officer for Bank of Ireland Group.
There will also be a panel discussion on challenges in and the future of Fintech.
