UStart Company of the Year 2016
Two start-up enterprises have been awarded prestigious titles at a pitching session in Dublin City University. The event marked the culmination of UStart, DCU’s accelerator programme which supports student entrepreneurs develop early-stage businesses.
Emer Cooney, a DCU MSc Science Communication graduate, won UStart Company of the Year 2016 for her award-winning brand Hydrasure which provides smart stabling solutions to the equine and agricultural industries.
