The 2016 History of Science, Technology and Medicine in conjunction with Celsius Conference will take place on Friday November 11th and Saturday November 12th at DCU St Patrick's Campus, Drumcondra.
The two-day conference includes a diverse array of speakers and topics and includes keynote addresses by Peter Bowler (Queen's University, Belfast) who will speak on 'Prophets of progress? Predicting the future of science and technology from H. G. Wells to Isaac Asimov' and Maja Horst (University of Copenhagen) who will speak on 'What is the social responsibility of science?'.
