Top US expert to address family business leaders
A leading US expert in human resources management is the keynote speaker at the upcoming Centre for Family Business workshop taking place at William Fry, Dublin on September 27th.
Amy M Schuman, a lead consultant at the Chicago based Family Business Consulting Group will attend the first in a series of three Centre for Family Business Autumn workshops.
Schuman, who works specifically with families on leadership development, communication skills and team building, is an internationally recognised author and presenter at family business conferences worldwide.
A graduate of Oberlin College and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Schuman’s main focus is on creating leadership and career development pathways for young management teams and for successful generational business changes.
Catherine O’ Flynn, a partner at William Fry will also join the bill as a guest adviser. Catherine advises Irish family businesses on employment matters, with a particular expertise in equality matters.
