The CFB team included Prof. Maura McAdam, Director of Entrepreneurship at DCU; Dr. Eric Clinton, Director of the DCU Centre for Family Business; and Ms. Martina Brophy, Research Assitant at the CFB. The awarded paper is entitled: "An Exploration of the Entrepreneurial Learning Processes in a Transgenerational Entrepreneurial Family Firm". The paper looks at a single case study of an Irish family firm that has successfully passed the lessons of entrepreneurial achievement across generations.

Speaking of the award, Martina Brophy commented:

"On behalf of my co-authors, we are delighted to receive this recognition for our work on entpreneurial learning within a TEF (Transgenerational Entrepreneurial Family) firm. This show of confidence motivates our continued research efforts as we aim to uncover this space further."
