CFB team awarded at leading Irish management conference
Ms. Vanessa Diaz, Dr. Eric Clinton and Ms. Catherine Faherty won the Best Track Paper Award at the recently held, Irish Academy of Management Conference in NUI Galway.
Their paper, entitled The Influence of Time on the Innovative Behaviour in Family Firms: A Long Term-Perspective, was accepted to the 18th Annual IAM conference between 3rd and 4th of September. On the team's behalf, Ph.D scholar, Ms. Catherine Faherty presented the paper on Friday during the third track for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Small Business.
This year's conference, themed "Towards Socially Responsible Management?", brought national and international delegates together for the 3 day Doctoral Symposium and Conference.
