Prof Gleeson notes that the bringing together of such a large body of empirical research on the religious attitudes of young people on the island of Ireland is noteworthy:
‘This impressive body of evidence provides the basis for much reflection and action, particularly in catholic schools in RoI, while providing a valuable platform for international comparison with cognate quantitative data from Australia, United States, England and other countries.’
