Academic biography

Working with team of professionals as part of the dynamic ISS department. Empowering staff and students through modern digital solutions and a first class customer experience.

Delivering recent data analytics projects across DCU to replace legacy reports and technology. Working closely with DCU to ensure consistency across data models and development of PowerBI environments.

Project manager working to  deliver and provide business continuity for key corporate systems, services and process.

Project management deliveries included ITS, Drupal CMS, COREHR (Flex, payroll),  Vidatum(Research engine), Timetabling inc. room booking, Exam timetabling SAAS, Library Alma, Card printing (staff and student), Teamwork project management, Zendesk, Target connect, PowerBi and Akari Coursebuilder
