Team Responsibilities:
- Our Team: The Partner Solutions team are a technical team encompassing Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Web Developers. Our team also benefits from the expertise of an Application Support specialist, and a Communications Officer.
- Partnerships: engage in and develop partnerships with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for integration, automation, innovation and continuous improvement for digital solutions.
- Digital Solution Lifecycle: collaborate with stakeholders to research, design, plan, and implement digital solutions to meet current and future needs of DCU.
- Quality Processes: With the deployment and upgrade of digital solutions, offer project management tools and techniques including requirements gathering, gap analysis, risk management, and the production of quality documentation.
- Communication: ensure regular and quality communication on behalf of the DTS department for stakeholder groups and departmental projects.
- Continuous Improvement: partner with University stakeholders to gather feedback on our services and solutions to ensure we deliver quality modern digital solutions.
- Website Management: responsible for the management of the DCU website, ensuring a secure and modern platform, website development expertise, and content management solution training.
