Team Responsibilities:
- Walk-in Support Desks: Located on the Glasnevin and St. Patrick’s campuses, we provide immediate help with software issues, account management, cyber security advice and DCU systems.
- Online Support: Responsive online support for all your IT-related help requests provided through DCU Help.
- Self-Service Help Articles: Empowering students and staff with quick and easy access to our library of detailed help articles on DCU Help.
- Desk-Side Support: Our customer support team will visit your office to resolve complex or insitu support issues (e.g. Wi-Fi connectivity, office printers/multifunction devices).
- Preventative and Proactive Solutions: Identifying and resolving potential service-impacting issues before you notice them, and using AI tools to enhance our response to support trends and patterns.
- Customer Support Advocacy: As the customer face of DTS we provide a conduit for your digital needs backed with the full support of our department.
