Call open: International Doctoral Summer School on Higher Education Research
The Call for applications for the international doctoral summer school at the Center for Higher Education, TU Dortmund University, Germany - 26th-30th September is now open!
The international interdisciplinary Summer School in Higher Education Research and Science Studies (HERSS) is jointly organised by a consortium of higher education research and science studies institutions in Germany and has been taking place since 2015. This year’s topic is the Transformation of Higher Education and will be hosted by Professors Liudvika Leisyte and Uwe
The summer school will provide a context to reflect it one's own research and discuss it with eminent scholars in the fields of higher education research and science studies and beyond.
The application deadline is 15 February 2022.
The Programme will include keynote speeches, presentations and discussions of the work in progress of the summer school participants, workshops on various topics addressing the challenges of academic writing and the topics of particular aspects of transformation of higher education, such as digitalization of universities. The versatile social program will provide plenty of opportunities to network and to explore the industry culture of the Ruhr region, where TU Dortmund is located.
