CfP: Irish National Network of EUCEN Conference 2015
The 2015 Irish National Network of EUCEN Conference will be held in NUI Galway on Friday 11th December 2015. The conference will bring together practitioners, researchers, policy-makers and educators engaged in the further education sector to discuss the theme "Re-imaging Lifelong Learning". A number of visiting speakers will be in attendance including, as keynote speaker, Professor Alan Tuckett OBE, who was recently dubbed "the man who invented the adult learner" by The Guardian.
The Centre for Adult Learning and Professional Development and HELLIN (the Irish EUCEN network) invite abstract submissions for research, practitioner and case study papers before 18th September. HERC is pleased to be hosting the 48th EUCEN Annual Conference, which will take place on 1st-3rd June2016 on the theme "Crossing borders through Lifelong Learning: Enhancing Quality and Equity in Higher Education". Participants will be invited to contribute papers, workshops and posters many of which will be published in conference proceedings.
