3rd Go for Life Games

The 3rd Go for Life Games - a celebration of physical activity for older people - will be held in DCU Sports Centre on Saturday 7th June. The Games, which involve three adapted sports, will be attended by over 300 participants from twenty one counties along with representatives from Age and Opportunity, the Irish Sports Council, Local Sports Partnerships and the HSE. This builds on the last two year’s very successful games, also held in DCU, and over the next few years the organisers are planning to grow the games into one of Ireland’s largest amateur multi-sports events.
