How to Apply to DCU

International Undergraduate and Postgraduate Applications

  • After you ensure that you have met the requirements and have all the relevant documents. 
  • You must create an account on the Student Application Portal.
  • Make sure to complete the application form, submit the application, and upload your supporting documentation.  A €50 application fee applies at the time of submission.
  • Monitor your portal dashboard/email for a decision and accept/decline any offer within two weeks.  If you accept, you will be required to pay a €500 deposit to confirm your place.
  • If you are applying through one of our agent partners, they will submit the application on your behalf.
  • For any questions or queries about submitting a Non-EU postgraduate application please contact internationaladmissions@dcu.ie.

Supporting Documents include:

  1. Copies of original transcripts of results, and translations, if required.
  2. Evidence of competency in the English language
  3. Statement of Purpose
  4. References
  5. CV/Resume
  6. Any other specific documentation required for the course
