EMPLOYEE DETAILS PAYMENT FORM LINKS

For an employee to get setup on Payroll for Salary payments you need to complete ALL steps outlined below
Step 1. Sign your contract of employment and return via steps outlined by the DCU People Department, any related issues please email DCU People team, askdcupeople@dcu.ie.
Step 2.To complete the Employee Details Payment Form, you will require your DCU Credentials -
Username, password and email address.
New Staff, your DCU credentials will be automatically sent to your personal email address.
If you are a re-joiner to the University and are aware of your username and password, there is no requirement to contact DCU Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team
If you have don't receive your username and password, Please contact the DCU Digital Technology Solutions team (DTS) by clicking this link and confirming the following personal detail
Name: XX
Staff No XX
School / Unit: XX
Mobile Phone Number: XX
When DTS reply and confirm your Username and Password you can complete step 3
Step 3. Using your DCU account, you will need to register for the following services:
• Two Factor Authentication
• Password Reset
Step 4. Complete the online Employee details and pension form (EDPF) available at the links below
If you are a not sure who your employer is please refer to your contract before completing the EDPF form:
*NOTE If you are a re-joiner in the current year (After 01st January and before 31st December) there is a condensed version of the EDPF via the links below but this should only be completed if all details remain the same as when previously employed.
