EQI Director Prof Joe O’Hara spoke at a memorial service arranged to celebrate the life and contribution of Prof Stafford Hood at AERA 2023 in Chicago

EQI Director Prof Joe O’Hara spoke at a memorial service arranged to celebrate the life and contribution of Prof Stafford Hood at AERA 2023 in Chicago. Chaired by the Dean of Education at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (Ret) Prof Jim Anderson and the Interim Director of the Centre for Culturally Responsive Evaluation and Assessment, Prof Rodney Hopson the session was designed to honour Professor Hood and reflect on his life, contribution and impact.

EQI was also represented by Dr Martin Brown and both Dr Brown and Prof O’Hara took part in a range of business meetings to plan for the future of CREA and CREA DCU.
