

EQI Researchers Attend Final Polycentric Evaluation Meeting In Turkey
EQI Director, Prof Joe O’Hara and Researcher , Dr Martin Stynes attended a meeting of the the Erasmus + Project ‘ A New Approach to Inspection: A Polycentric Model’ in Ordu, Turkey . Hosted by Turkish colleagues the meeting saw representatives from The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Portugal and Turkey as well as EQI representatives discuss the outcomes of the project as well as potential future developments in Turkey.
Speaking at the final dissemination conference Prof Joe O'Hara said ' It is wonderful to see the work that was initially developed as part of the Polycentric Inspection of Networks of Schools project (PINS) influence educational policies in Turkey and beyond. We were lucky to experience both the welcome of our Turkish colleagues and the dynamic educational culture of a number of local schools. It was a wonderful way to end a fantastic project'.
