America Gone Wild at DCU
On Friday 29th and Saturday 30th April, the School of English DCU is hosting the online conference of the Irish Association for American Studies. The conference theme is "America Gone Wild" and it has attracted a transnational and transgenerational group of scholars and practitioners. There will be presentations on issues of climate (in)justice, the Wild West, varieties of American protest and the phenomenal presence of wildness and wilderness in the cultural imagination of America.
