Launch of the DCU Qualtrics Board

We're pleased to share the news that a new DCU Qualtrics Board has been established.

The purpose of this board is to advise on best practise and optimise the use of Qualtrics across the university. The board will promote Qualtrics as the primary DCU survey tool, educate staff & students on best practices, and support institutional goals and objectives through optimised survey practices.

As the university-endorsed survey tool, DCU Qualtrics offers robust capabilities that can significantly enhance your data collection and analysis efforts.

Best Practices for Using Qualtrics:

-Always aim for concise and relevant survey design to ensure higher completion rates.
-Utilise logic branching to guide respondents through only the most relevant questions.
-Regularly review data security settings to ensure compliance with university policies.
-Leverage automated reports and visualisations for effective insights and sharing results.

Additionally, we would like to remind everyone to ensure that any surveys created within individual Qualtrics instances are downloaded and re-uploaded into the central Qualtrics instance for consistency and institutional data management.
