

Tech Giants and Competition in Changing Transatlantic Relations
On 8 May, the Dublin European Law Institute and DCU Brexit Institute will host an online event titled “Tech Giants and Competition in Changing Transatlantic Relations.”
This timely event will explore the evolving challenges and opportunities at the intersection of technology, competition policy, and transatlantic relations. It will provide an opportunity to reflect on the regulation of tech giants and the shifting dynamics of EU–US cooperation in the digital and competition spheres.
The event will feature a keynote address by Prof. Mario Monti, former Prime Minister of Italy and former European Commissioner for Competition. His intervention will be followed by a panel discussion featuring leading experts in law, technology and competition policy.
