MSc in Organisational Change and Leadership Development - Nomination Annual Irish Institute of Training and Development Award

The MSc in Organisational Change and Leadership Development has been recently nominated in the "Large Enterprises" category of the Annual Irish Institute of Training and Development Awards.

The programme which is a co-developed masters programme in partnership with the RCSI Institute of Leadership. The programme is part of Beaumont's future leadership development strategy and emphasises a collaborative cross-disciplinary approach to change within the health sector. The programme is co-delivered by DCU Business School faculty with each module is shared with an RCSI colleague resulting in a unique experience for the manager-participants and significant learning for the academics from both institutions. The programme is a manifestation of the promise of the emergent 3U alliance between DCU, RCSI and NUI Maynooth.
