DCU student places second in national competition

Congratulations to Sinead Foy, postgraduate student in M.Sc. in Marketing, DCU Business for her recent achievement in the GradIreland National Student Challenge 2013 Final Day.

Sinead emerged triumphant on Tuesday after coming second in the Final of the gradireland National Student Challenge in UCD Quinn Business School. Sinead placed second out of 80 competing finalists from universities across Ireland, having completed a series of 8 Challenges set by leading employers; Lidl; SAP; EMC; PwC; Telefonica; Ernst & Young and Microsoft. Duncan McGregor from University of Ulster took first place and Ciara Browne from UCD took third place.

Sinead has recently been awarded the LePere Award from the Marketing Society of Ireland.
