DCUBS Furthers Collaboration With University in Beijing

DCU President Professor Brian MacCraith has signed a collaboration agreement with DCUBS partner, Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB), Beijing, China. CUEB is a prestigious university specialising in finance, economics and management, and also provides majors in law, art, science and engineering and has approximately 20,000 registered students.

DCU Business School commenced collaboration with CUEB in 2007 and since then, significant achievements have been recorded in the development of a joint undergraduate programme commenced in 2009, in student and faculty exchange and doctoral supervision. The recent agreement was welcomed by DCU President Professor Brian MacCraith and by CUEB President Professor Jiaqiong Wang which will provide significant opportunities to broaden the cooperation and extend the range of collaborative activities to include other schools, colleges and faculties in both institutions.
