Invitation to Free Mobile Application Development Events in Conjunction with Microsoft

A team of Next Generation Management students at DCU are conducting research into mobile application development, in conjunction with Microsoft. The team are holding two separate events next Tuesday in DCU Business School. Both events are free of charge.

The first event will take place on tuesday morning, from 7.30 -9.00am where a breakfast discussion will be held with Andrew McAdam from Microsoft, and an agency representative. This session is aimed at business (marketing managers in particular) and is effectively, intended to raise awareness about the importance of including the Windows platform for your business, considering that this is the third largest platform on the market and there is huge potential for growth with the launch of Windows 8 this coming Autumn.

The second event will be held on Tuesday evening from 6.00-7.30pm in DCU Business School, and is aimed at developers. This discussion will be lead by Neil Turner, an independent developer with experience working across all platforms including Windows. This will also be an informal discussion, and free pizza will be provided...

If you, or any of your colleagues are interested in attending either event you can register online:
