Award for International Collaboration in HR field

A research project titled “A cross-cultural and multi-level investigation of the performance impact of human resource management in professional service firms: China and Ireland” has received a highly recommend award from 2011 Emerald/IACMR Chinese Management Research Fund.

This research project is conducted by the leading research teams based in DCU Business School and Northeastern University (China). The objective of this research project is to understand how and why human resource management improves firm performance in professional service firms using a cross-cultural and multilevel approach.
