Biography: Yuhui Gao is a lecturer in Marketing at DCUBS. She holds a Ph.D. from University College Dublin in the areas of marketing performance and the impact of managers' personal values on marketing strategy. Before joining DCUBS, she was a Senior Teaching Assistant and taught a number of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Quinn and Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin. She also taught in Asia Pacific Management Institute, Hong Kong. Prior to this, she worked at the Centre of International Marketing Studies, UCD Smurfit School of Business for over three years.

Yuhui’s current research interests are in the areas of marketing research; leaders' personal Values and their relevance to marketing; market orientation and marketing performance measurement. Her work has appeared in Journal of Strategic Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management. She is a member of the Academy of Marketing Science, the European Marketing Academy, and the Academy of Marketing.
 

Yuhui is Chair of the M.B.S. in Marketing and the B.Sc. in Marketing, Innovation and Technology at DCU.
