Welcome to DCU Business School Research Website
In these web pages you will find details of our research output and individual research interests. If you are a fellow academic, seeking researchers with whom to collaborate, the information here will help you to find them in DCU Business School.
If you are a student seeking a supervisor for postgraduate research, you will find here all you need to help you identify a match for your interests among the DCU Business School faculty. Details of the PhD programme, and Masters by research, are also all here, as well as how to apply for the financial support for postgraduate studies available to outstanding students. Our research graduates have gone on to successful careers in academic and research institutions, and in a variety of businesses. The Professional Doctoral Programme, a new addition to our suite of postgraduate research programmes, offers the opportunity to undertake applied doctoral study on a part-time basis for senior managers.
If you represent an organisation with a research interest that could be developed in collaboration with DCU Business School, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you.
DCU Business School is developing a high-quality research profile based on scholarly work with relevance to professional practice in both commercial and non-commercial settings. The focus, output and success of LInK – the Learning, Innovation and Knowledge Research Centre – provide just some of the evidence of this. In DCU Business School we undertake research in such areas as management development and its impact, various aspects of innovation, finance and its role, consumption and consumer behaviour, and accounting, all from the perspectives of one or more of the business disciplines. Clicking your way through these pages will bring you to the details of all these and more.
Should you want further details about opportunities to pursue research on or with DCU Business School, please contact the Research Administrator on PhdBusiness@dcu.ie
