Biography: |
Melrona Kirrane began her studies in Psychology in UCD and followed this degree
with a Ph.D. from the School of Psychology at QUB. She undertook a further
undergraduate degree in HRM and is now in the final stages of a Masters in
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at UCD. Melrona has a keen interest in the use of psychometrics for a range of business purposes and advises companies in this regard. Melrona teaches on a wide range of Master and Doctoral level programmes within DCU as well as on the International MBA programmes at Lancaster University and Northeastern University, Boston. Currently, she is visiting lecturer on the International MBA programme at the University of Austria, teaching Change Management. Melrona is involved in a variety of research projects, including Organisational Silence and Team Creativity. She also supervises a range of Ph.D. projects in the areas of Leadership, Change Management and Team Performance. She welcomes proposals from students in these areas, as well as projects examining the influence of individual characteristics on the work environment. |
