Biography:

Finian Buckley is Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology and Director of the M.Sc. in Work and Organisational Psychology at DCU Business School.

An experienced active researcher and teacher, Finian leads the Programme Development Team within the Centre for Executive Programmes at DCUBS customising education and development solutions for client organisations. An expert in learning and innovation, he has worked with a wide variety of national and international organisations on change and development programmes. His current research on trust and innovation involves working with research scientists working on the LHC at the CERN project in Switzerland.

Finian is currently guiding 9 doctoral students on a variety of research projects in the areas of research interest noted below.
