Creative Preservation

Creative Preservation
This project aims to understand how people can explore new and meaningful uses of objects, processes, and things that already exist, instead of searching for new disruptive innovations. Creative preservation defines those practices—like bricolage, upcycling, craft, and low-tech—that integrate a process of caring for what already exists, in which 'to care' means to explore the multiple uses and 'lives' of a product, idea, process, or object.
