Academic biography
I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing at DCU and a funded investigator at the Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics.
I teach on a number of courses both undergraduate and postgraduate. In the classroom, I am committed to fostering an environment of curiosity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning. I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged, so my teaching approach emphasizes real-world projects and problem-solving.
I have a passion for software development and solution design, my research interests include Educational Technologies, Sports Science and Environmental Science focusing on data engineering and machine learning challenges.
