A career in the education sector has always been something I've been interested in, but I've always doubted my ability to complete a degree. The Education and Training programme I successfully completed at Whitehall College helped me to grasp my academic standing and the skills I needed to thrive. Throughout the course, tutors at college provided me with incredible support in developing my abilities and confidence. The two level-8 modules I took as part of this programme helped me overcome my fears about attending university and studying there, which was its major benefit. As Maya Angelou said: "I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.”
