DCU placed 113th in The Times Higher Young University rankings
The Times Higher Education Young University Rankings list the world’s best universities that are aged 50 years or under. They aim to highlight a new breed of high-performing universities that have managed to join the world elite over decades rather than centuries, and that have the potential to become the next global academic powerhouses.
Speaking about the rankings, Prof. Daire Keogh, President of DCU said
“DCU’s rise in the world rankings is thanks to the hard work and exceptional commitment of all our staff during a time of unique challenges. It also reflects our focus on being a ‘University of Impact’ that transforms lives and societies through education, research, innovation and engagement. As we emerge from the pandemic, Young Universities like DCU will play an increasingly important role in shaping the future of the post-COVID world.”
