The authors of the book are Dr. Mel Duffy, School of Nursing, Psychotherapy and Community Health, DCU, Dr Lesley Dibley, School of Health Sciences and ILD Centre for Chronic Illness and Ageing, Professor Suzanne Dickerson, University of Buffalo and Professor Roxanne Vandermause, University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Nursing.
