Storytelling Event led by Órla McGovern

On Wednesday 8th March, the Drama team from the School of Arts Education and Movement hosted a storytelling event at St. Patrick's Campus, DCU. During the event, first year student teachers were introduced to the art of storytelling by professional storyteller and performer Órla McGovern of Moth and Butterfly. Órla demonstrated her performative and improvisational skills by sharing some of her favourite stories. The session ended with a lively question and answer discussion about the craft of storytelling. Colleagues, local people and their children also attended the event.
