Student Learning Agreement 2023

The Personal data that you submit on this student learning agreement for the DCU Access Service (a unit within Dublin City University, the Data Controller) is confidential and will be used in conjunction with your HEAR (Higher Education Access Route) offer to ensure we can provide you the supports you require while at college in DCU. This information may also be used for research and statistical purposes, in which case, your identity would remain confidential.

DCU shall only process such data for the purpose for which you provide it. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing and you also have the right to access any data you submit on request. The data you submit will be held for the duration of your studies in DCU plus 2 years post graduation by the Access Service. The personal data may be disclosed to staff and agents of DCU in order to deliver support services to you.
