Welcome to DCU's Access Service, home to Ireland's first and one of the largest university-based Access programmes. DCU upholds a strong tradition of promoting equal access to higher education for students from underrepresented groups. DCU Access has created a 'life cycle of engagement' between the university and its Access students, starting in primary school and continuing until graduation.

Access Orientation
A compulsory 1st year Access Orientation programme for all successful HEAR applicants. The 2025 Access Orientation programme will take place in early September; please check back in March for confirmed dates.
