Sports Ireland Research Grant webinar

Sport Ireland will launch the 2023-24 Research Grant Scheme on Thursday, June 29th with an information webinar scheduled for 4pm. The webinar will outline the application process and project timelines for successful applications.
Key Items to Note:
- Two funding pathways are included in the 2023 Research Grant Scheme to cater for 1-year projects and 3-year project applications
- The maximum amount that a 1-year project can apply for is 15,000 Euro. The funding must be spent by the end of 2024
- The maximum amount that a 3-year project can apply for is 70,000 Euro. This is contingent on matched support from an NGB/LSP/University (i.e. - cover postgraduate fees).
