Ireland India Institute Patron visit

The Patron of the Ireland India Institute, Dr Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Chairman and Managing Director of Biocon Limited, visited the Ireland India Institute and DCU on Thursday 5 February 2015. Dr Shaw and her husband, John met the President Professor Brian MacCraith, Ireland India Institute and DCU academics to discuss and showcase areas of mutual interest. Part of the trip included the first meeting to be held in DCU's newest building: the Nano-Bioanalytical Research Facility. The Ireland India Institute looks forward to a flourishing relationship with the Patron.
