The digital identity retention policy applies fully to part time staff.
This means if you are a part time staff member who is out of contract you will lose access to your account and the data in the account will be deleted even if it is likely you will be starting a new contract in the future. There are no exceptions to this. If your role requires ongoing access to a DCU account then your contract with DCU must reflect this.
As you will lose access to your accounts it is very important you submit all timesheets/hours in a timely fashion also.
