Key Industry Supporters explain Benefits of new BSc in Aviation Management with Pilot Studies Degree

DCU Business School has produced a short video that gives prospective students, teachers, parents, and other interested parties a real insight into its new Aviation Management with Pilot Studies degree.

The ground-breaking BSc in Aviation Management / BSc in Aviation Management with Pilot Studies degree offers a distinct choice for those wishing to train as commercial pilots or to pursue fast-paced management careers in the dynamic world of aviation.


The new video features DCUBS staff and key industry supporters, who explain the key points of the programme and the benefits of a career in aviation.

Delivered over four years full-time, this Bachelor Honours Degree will enable students to learn about the business and technical aspects of aviation. Participants will undertake a valuable aviation industry placement and will benefit from the opportunity to qualify as an airline pilot.
 

Students will elect to pursue one of two final year specialisms: Aviation Management (leading to the award of the BSc in Aviation Management) or Pilot Studies (leading to the BSc in Aviation Management with Pilot Studies).
 

The first intake of students to the programme will be in September 2010. The CAO course code is DC117.
