Fidelio Trio Performance

The Fidelio Trio, artists-in-residence at St Patrick's College, Drumcondra, will stage a special performance at The Helix, Dublin City University on Wednesday 6th March at 7:30pm.

The Trio, formed in 1995 and comprising London-based Irish musicians Darragh Morgan (violin) and Mary Dullea (piano) along with Scottish cellist, Robin Michael boast a diverse classical repertoire and have performed extensively on the international stage, appearing at venues such as London's Wigmore Hall, Shanghai Oriental Arts Centre, Casa da Musica, Porto, Palazzo Albrizzi, Venice and Symphony Space, New York City.

The Fidelio Trio was appointed as artists-in-residence at St Patrick's College in Autumn 2012.This residency promises an exciting year of performances including new commissions and world premieres by leading contemporary composers, workshops and masterclasses mentoring young composers and performers.  In addition to the programming of concerts at St Patrick's College, DCU and beyond, the Trio will engage in interactive workshops with student teachers, undergraduate and postgraduate music students, children, practising teachers, amateur musicians and other community groups.
