'This is Ireland', an information video on the issues affecting children and the family in Ireland, was produced by 4th year students on the BSc in Children's and General Nursing students.

As part of their module on Intercultural and Children's Nursing, they were required to produce a video which represented how Ireland has changed over the last number of years to become the Ireland of today.

According to supervisor, Siobhan McDermott, 26 students collaborated on this project, to produce a video that is creative, well-researched and informative.

The scenes were shot using the students' own smart phones.
